Featured Products

  • Drilling Rig Accessories
A drilling rig is a mechanical structure designed primarily to create shafts in the ground, known as boreholes. Though the most common knowledge of a drilling rig is for use in oil exploration and extraction off shore, the drilling rig is actually used for a wide range of application, from oil and gas to water well drilling, for mineral exploration, and environmental and construction purposes. The size of a drilling rig can also vary greatly relying on their purpose, with portable units that can be transported by truck to massive structures designed to penetrate miles into sub-sea terrain. And drilling rig component include hook blocks, swivel, top drive, oilfield auxiliary brake as well as oilfield drawworks.
  • Handling Tools
Handling Tools play an important role in a wide diversity of modern drilling operation. They are used for suspending, moving and rotating tubulars in and around the well center and on the drill floor. Each tool consists of a detachable fitting specifically designed for a particular handling operation, which is attached to a universal pole. When required, a pole extension can be connected to the universal pole. Handling tools offer easier engagement, surer grip, and simpler handling operation than conventional tools. Some can perform more operations than conventional tools. Torlins Oil-Gas Equipment & Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd has designed pipe handling tools reflect extensive operating experience. Each oilfield pipe handling tools have been field-tested to demonstrate that they offer the best possible performance for a particular task. The common pipe handling tools are Manual Tong, Power Tong, Oilfield Iron Roughneck, Slips, Safety Clamp, Oilfield Elevator Drilling, Bushing
  • Mud System
Mud systems are designed to capture a large number of solid particles within the drilling fluid, which helps to protect these solids from breaking the drilling mechanism down. Most of mud systems rely on a basic shale shaker device, which consist of a vibrating screen that filters out larger particles. Liquid drops through the shaker, and may pass through a second vibrating screen to capture other remaining solid materials. In drilling, mud systems are used to help cool the cutting bit as it burrows through hard rock and soil, and also to remove cuttings from the bore to make way for the bit and related equipment. Mud systems allow workers to reuse drilling fluid over and over again, which helps to save money and protects the environment from disposal-related pollution. A whole mud system includes oilfield mud pump, shale shaker, degasser, desander, desilter, centrifuge, mud tank, gravel pumps, mud agitator and shearing pump.
  • Drilling Strings
A drill string is a tool that is used for boring deep holes into the ground in order to locate and extract oil or other resources. The construction of drilling strings is allowed for rapid drilling while extracting a large amount of rock and ore from an excavation site at the same time. Mud also is infused down through the drilling string to help cool the drilling bit while it is in operation and to soften the surface that it is boring through, lessening the chances of an improper cut and increasing the overall lifespan of the bit. An average drilling string extends 15,000 feet (4,572 m) into the ground when assembled on land and up to 30,000 feet (9,144 m) or more when constructed offshore, so the quality and precision of this instrument are paramount in order to avoid system failure and potentially becoming stuck a great distance below the Earth's surface. Torlins Oil-Gas Equipment & Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd is a drilling string manufacturer & supplier, we mainly provide oilfield drilling pipe, heavy weight drilling pipe, oilfield drilling collar, stabilizer, x-over, safety joint, downhole motor, drilling jar, absorber and square Kelly.
  • Pumping Equipment
Pumping unit is a kind of equipment used to extract oil products from oilfield of a well. On actual oilfields, the process works somewhat differently. It is commonly necessary to use a pump to bring the contents to the surface, as oil is highly sticky and moves slowly, and it often comes in very small spot. A pumping unit is used to provide access, bringing up a steady supply of oil until a well runs dry and does not yield any more. When selecting pumping equipment, people can choose various heights and may select a variety of pump types. Some are designed for particular applications, such as oilfield pumping unit. We, Torlins Oil-Gas Equipment & Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd can also provide parts for pumping unit, such as oilfield subsurface pump, sucker rod, oilfield polished rod, pumper and may offer support in some cases, with technicians specially trained in the installation and maintenance of our products.
  • Pipes & Fittings
Pipe fittings connect to pipes in one of two ways: by threads or by slip fit. Metal pipes are threaded, while plastic pipe can be threaded or slip fit. As the names indicate, threaded pipes screw together to connect, while slip fit pipes use sleeves that slip into one another. All of the pipes and fittings needed to do the job right the first time. We have a great number selection of pipes and fittings in a variety of sizes and styles. If you're working on a well project, you're sure to find the oilfield pipe fittings to meet your needs. As a leading pipe fittings supplier, we manufacture Oil Tubing, Line Pipe, Flanges, Fittings and Casing Pipe.
  • Cementing Tools
Cementing Tools cover multifarious items that applied while drilling oil, water, wells as well as gas. Casing will be installed at various depths while drilling. It is held in place by cement, which also provides zone isolation. Down-hole equipment such as Oilfield Casing Centralizer is used to ensure obtaining satisfactory zone isolation. Float Collar Shoe (Float Collar) prevent backflow after the cement has been pumped into place. We are professional cementing equipment manufacturer mainly supplies Float Collar, Cementing Head, Oilfield Cementing Plug, Casing Centralizer.
  • Completion Tools
Completion, in petroleum production, is the process of making a well ready for production (or injection). This principally involves preparing the bottom of the hole to the required specifications, running in the production tubing and its associated down hole tools as well as perforating and stimulating as required. Sometimes, the process of running in and cementing the casing is also included. Thus a set of completion tools play a major part in this process. We, Torlins Oil-Gas Equipment & Technologies (Beijing) Co., Ltd offers all kinds of oilfield completion tools, such as Hydraulic Anchor, Packer, Centralizer etc.
  • Fishing Tools
A general term for special mechanical devices used to aid the recovery of equipment lost downhole. These devices generally fall into four classes: diagnostic, inside grappling, outside grappling, and force intensifiers or jars. Diagnostic devices may range from a simple impression block made in a soft metal, usually lead, that is dropped rapidly onto the top of the fish so that upon inspection at the surface, the fisherman may be able to custom design a tool to facilitate attachment to and removal of the fish. Other diagnostic tools may include electronic instruments and even downhole sonic or visual-bandwidth cameras. Inside grappling devices, usually called spears, generally have a tapered and threaded profile, enabling the fisherman to first guide the tool into the top of the fish, and then thread the fishing tool into the top of the fish so that recovery may be attempted. Fishing Spear, Junk Basket, Safety Sub, Junk Mill, Fishing Tap, Cone Fisher, Reversing Tool, Fishing Hook, Overshot.
